About the Directors

Cory and Lexie Barnes are the founding directors of Twist. Lexie is a nationally recognized author, designer, and entrepreneur. Her first book, Sew What! Bags, from Storey Publishing, was released in February 2009 and is available online and in bookstores worldwide. She is currently working on the 2010 lexie barnes handbag collection and her next book. Cory is the owner of Spire USA, a highly regarded manufacturer of laptop bags and backpacks. Originally from Chicago, the couple now lives in Western Massachusetts with their four sons.
