Schlabaugh & Sons

Handmade Wooden Clocks from Iowa

Family-owned and operated, Schlabaugh & Sons has passed from father Emil to sons Mark and John. Based in Kalona, Iowa, they specialize in Arts and Crafts-inspired furnishings for the home. In collaboration with Motawi Tileworks, their handcrafted collection of clocks comes in an assortment of sizes, shapes, wood varieties and stains.

By their own description, Schlabaugh & Sons specializes in producing “functional items made of the highest quality native and imported hardwoods. We take particular pride in our continued emphasis on distinctive design and quality. In this age of mass produced items, we are confident that you will immediately recognize the tradition of exceptional craftsmanship, while expressing the simplicity and unique beauty of contemporary design."

From mantle clocks with pendulums to dainty desk clocks, they’re handmade using walnut, cherry, white oak and other fine woods. The quartz clock movement uses one AA battery. If you love what you see here or have any questions, please call Pinch at 413-586-4509 or email info@pinchgallery.com.
